In addition, if the participants are not selected or invited directly by the organizer, EEP coordinator from each country is in a position to complete the selection and/or invite the potential participants, and in compliance with the profile of the approved relevant project. Expenses' coverage for participants is processed by accommodation and food, as well as the transportation expenses for participants coming from host - country are all covered by the EEP of the state organizing/hosting the respective event.
For all other participants who are coming from another country, expenses are covered by the EEP program of the country respective participants come from. These expenses include all traveling expenses (airplane tickets, bus tickets, fuel and other), expenses for local transportation within the homeland (bus tickets, fuel, etc), visa expenses if needed, as well as pocket money that is paid out in a fixed amount determined by the main coordinator of the EEP Network, unless specified differently in particular cases or instances.
